Director of Design that oversaw design and product direction on the MAC tech team. This position worked closely with the Director of Engineering and collaborated with client-facing and internal teams to make sure service and client needs were being met. Currently serving as a co-chair on MAC’s working board.
National Runaway Safeline
Line volunteer - 01/2015 to 11/2015
Worked as a line volunteer answering incoming calls to the helpline. This included providing resources to runaways, mediating between runaways and their loved ones, and generally supporting runaways sometimes with the use of translator services.
